Happy almost weekend! I really wanted to focus on one of the spaces I think in some homes get overlooked. At our last house we didn’t have much of an entryway but I still made sure it had all the necessities. You can totally still make the most out of your entryway no matter how big or small that I promise.
I truly love nothing more than switching out different items in our home to match the season we are in. I love being reminded of the four seasons throughout the year and because we live in New England it is so fun to have some of the things in your home reflect that.
For example in the winter months I will bring in a lot of cozy blankets and warmth through different artwork and pillow throws but in the SPRING I LOVE bringing in texture, vibrancy through florals, and simplicity by adding a few key elements that really make your space look nice and refreshed for the season we are in.
So let’s begin with the front entryway. Creating a warm and welcoming entrance in our home not only makes me happy to walk by each day but it makes everything easier too when guests arrive. Having a place for guests to put their belongings and somewhere to sit if you have the space really tends to make everything easier when you have larger groups of people over.
Below I have pulled together some of my favorite items we have in our entryway that make life easier for you and your guests no matter how big your entryway space is.

Mounted wall coat rack|Floating shelf|Entryway bench|Black bench|Rope square basket|Accent stool|Key dish|Entryway rug|Landscaped artwork|Wildblossom artwork|Mirror|
I hope this inspires you to spruce up your entryway with some of these items no matter how big or small your entryway is. As long as you have a drop zone to put things like your keys and your mail you are golden.
We have an entryway table on the opposite side of this bench but this weekend I am having Andy make me a new one that is larger and more substantial. I will be selling our existing one. More on that to come and I will make sure I document the whole process along the way:)
