Valentines day is already a few weeks away. Admittedly, I never really loved valentines day before. As they say kids always change everything for the better. I always got Sofia cute valentine’s gifts over the year’s and now I have enjoyed doing the same for both boys. I feel like it really is such a cute and fun holiday to celebrate especially when your kids are young. If you don’t feel like getting actual “things” for gifts chocolate is always a good option that no one can really say no to.
I think a really fun way to incorporate any holiday is by decorating either their room for the holiday or play room or both. I rounded up both decorative valentine pieces as well as some fun things you can give to others in your life. I created a valentines gift guide for you to use if you need some inspiration.
Here are some photos of what I have done in our downstairs playroom. I love using playful garland for any holiday because it really adds such a playful, whimsical element especially to a kid’s playroom.
